Taishikan’s Mt. Fuji Hiking Tour
Guests staying at Taishikan can arrange for a private mountain guide.
An experienced guide, highly knowledgeable about Mt. Fuji, will ensure a safe and enjoyable tour tailored to your group.
Itinerary
This is a 2-day, 1-night tour only.
Price
¥74,800 per group. The tour includes the Ohachimeguri (crater rim circuit).
* Please note that accommodation at Taishikan is not included in this price.
* Cancellation Policy
From booking up to 3 days before: 5% of the fee
2–3 days before: 20% of the fee
1 day before: 50% of the fee
Same day: 100% of the fee
No-show without contact: 100% of the fee
* In the case of severe weather (e.g. typhoons), cancellation fees may be waived or reduced. We will contact you in such cases.
Participation Requirements
* Children under the age of 6 are not allowed.
* Individuals aged 76 or older on the day of the tour cannot participate.
* Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
* Anyone advised by a doctor to refrain from intense physical activity cannot participate.

Only one group is accepted per day.

A limited number of private rooms separated by walls and curtains are available. Options for 2, 3, or 4 people. Combine your stay with the tour for a more comfortable Mt. Fuji climbing experience.
Tour Process
Here’s how things work from booking to tour day. Detailed information will be provided after you complete your reservation.
Booking
2. Apply and make payment through the designated reservation website.
3. Within 3 days of payment, fill out the Participant Registration Form.
If the form is not submitted within 3 days, your reservation may be canceled.
Preparation
4. We recommend signing up for mountain climbing insurance.
5. Pre-tour consultation with your guide.
6. Prepare your gear and plan your transportation.
